SouthBay Pavilion Celebrates Mother’s Day

Carson, CA (May 4, 2011) – On Saturday, May 7th, 2011, from 12pm – 1pm,  SouthBay Pavilion located on 20700 Avalon Blvd. Carson, CA 90746 will celebrate its first annual Make-Over Mom event in recognition of all mothers who were nominated as 2011 “Super Moms”.

Since early April, 2011, SouthBay Pavilion has collected over 40 entry forms for the Make-Over Mom event. All nominations will be entered in to a raffle, and five (5) lucky moms will be selected to win a makeover, which is being sponsored by JCPenney Hair Salon, Milani Cosmetics, Priscy’s House of Design, Inc. and El Camino College Torrance Campus Cosmetology Department. In addition, Tabletops Unlimited ® Inc., donated five (5) plate sets for the Make-Over Mom winners.

Artists featured from the weekly “Our School’s Got Talent” show at SouthBay Pavilion will serenade the winners during the live makeover.

The remaining nominees will not leave empty-handed as SouthBay Pavilion will present each with a “2011 Super Mom” certificate of recognition.  In the spirit of celebration, roses will be handed out to mothers in the audience.
