FREE HEALTH FAIR IN CARSON
Carson, CA (November 19, 2010) – On Saturday, January 22nd at 10am to 5pm, SouthBay Pavilion Mall, located at 20700 Avalon Blvd., Carson, CA will be featuring its first annual two-day event Free Health Fair.
Although many have already forfeited their new years’ resolutions, the Health Fair will provide the perfect opportunity to reaffirm those health resolutions and also establish new ones. Information will be provided on proper weight loss, dieting, exercising, nutrition, and much more. Free services include blood pressure checks and nerve scans, eye exams.
Romance and Dance will be offering information and sample lessons on pole fitness; how to maintain healthy weight loss while working on muscles you never knew existed! In September of 2010 the Carson Chamber of Commerce officially held a ribbon cutting event to introduce Romance and Dance pole fitness studio to the city of Carson
Upper Cervical Health Center will be present to inform the community about how clearing up interruptions in the nervous system can improve overall health. They will be giving hourly nerve scans for all who are interested.
A few health centers and trainers will also be onsite to offer options for weight loss and healthy living. 24 Hour Fitness, RoMe Fitness and the Veterans Sports Complex are a few of the companies that will be present.
We also have experts with vitamins and supplements from Vitamin World, GNC and Healthee U. Dr. Shiomi Optometry will be hosting a Coach trunk show on Saturday and will be doing eye exams on Sunday. Children’s Clinic and The Children’s Dental Group will be offering information regarding their services. And health care providers will also be present to provide necessary information for the community.
