BACK TO SCHOOL BASH AT SOUTHBAY PAVILION

Giving Students a Reason to Celebrate Education

Carson, CA (August 19, 2011) – On Saturday, August 20, 2011 from 3pm – 6pm, SouthBay Pavilion, located at 20700 Avalon Blvd., Carson CA 90746, will host a Back to School Bash featuring the latest fashions and more!

“The Back to School Bash event is designed to be a lively event that will create excitement for students going back to school” says Sweeney Montinola, Marketing Manager of SouthBay Pavilion. “We are working with Kivon King of Fashion, an actor, international fashion model and event coordinator, for the fashion show to showcase clothing from JCPenney, Old Navy, Maria Maria, and backpacks from Sanrio.”

SouthBay Pavilion will be featuring the following local organizations at the Back to School Bash: LAUSD District 8: Safety and Nursing, Banning High School/Carson High School Parent Group, Rancho Dominguez Preparatory High; Carson Boys and Girls Club, Rotary Club, Carson Public Library, Broadacres Elementary School, Carnegie Middle School Cheer Squad, Tri-Carson, T-Mobile, Chase, YFSC, and more!

There will also be a live DJ, performances from Carnegie Middle School Cheer Squad, local talents and winners from season one of “Our School’s Got Talent”. There will also be giveaways and raffle prizes ($50 Lucille’s Gift Card) for the attendees!

This is a free event.
